In November our absence was at 8.45%, since using OHSB our absence has come down in April to 3.44% - the lowest level on record.   To put this in context, it means that compared with the highest absence levels we have saved £233,840 per month in lost production.  The cost benefits of using OHSB speak for themselves, but the real difference we, as an HR team, have seen is the time saved in managing absence, because OHSB provide the reports, meet those on sickness absence and are a pleasure to work with.
